Refund Policy
If the Client is dissatisfied with his / her coaching experience within the first 30-days of the coaching process, the client must notify the Coach verbally and in writing of their challenges with the coaching process. The Client must work and communicate with the Coach in good faith to resolve the misalignment. In the case there is no resolution, the Client may ask to receive a refund for the remainder of the months they did not work together with the Coach.
After the first 40-days of working together, there is no refund for the Coaching services.
Delivery
The coaching sessions take place via Zoom unless otherwise requested by the Client to take place on another platform (i.e. Whatsapp, Skype, etc)
